DescriptionFrom a photo caption, "No clay feet", Page A6, Tempe Daily News, Saturday, July 5, 1986:No clay feet - But Kyrene de las Lomas Elementary School first grader Nicholas Katzenbach, center, and second grader Dalton Hubbard found their hands were getting pretty gooey after learning how to wedge and get air bubbles out in a clay modeling class. Taught by Patty Chatelain at Tempe Community Center, the class is one of many instructional programs for youngsters and adults offered this summer by the city's Community Services Department.
