Description1. The gold foldover paper program "Tempe Community Hospital Grows with Tempe" also says "Owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist" and has an extra sheet with program events. Inside is a list of 1967-71 growth in services and the 1972 addition. The book has a floor plan of the hospital.2. A 2 x 4 card with a plastic shovel attached is a souvenir thank you.
