Description2021 City of Tempe Diversity Award Winner African American Advisory Committee - Prayer Breakfast Sub-Committee Vera Brooks, Michelle Brooks-Totress and Kim Dartez established the Black History Month Faith in Action Prayer Breakfast in 2019 as part of their work with the African American Advisory Committee. The Prayer Breakfast has included representatives from the Christian, Jewish and Muslim Faiths.
