Description2019 City of Tempe Diversity Award winner Terrence Davis has worked in Tempe for over 10 years, starting at ACCEL, a private school for individuals with disabilities. He suffered a TBI while working and moved to the Tempe Union High School District, first at Compadre, and currently at McClintock as the Equipment Manager. At McClintock, Terrence started a food and clothing pantry for the kids who were homeless, hungry and in need of a meal or clean clothes. Terrence assists students that are stuggling, by giving advice, or steering them towards tutoring or counseling. He currently works at I Believe I Can Academy, an organization for individuals with special needs, where he supports cchildren and the community by creating opportunities for inclusion.
