DescriptionA hand crafted stone figurine or bust. There is a clear carving of a face in the center, and the outside is adorned with pointy edges which may represent feathers. Unknown cultural affiliation.
Description from donor file: Grey cowled standing figure framed by radiating flame tongues. Figure stands on crescent moon and is supported by a small winged figure. Hands of figure are clasped just under the chin. All the carving is in deep relief. Probably Guadalupe figure. Donor indicates object obtained from central Mexico in 1905.
