BiographyAttended Territorial Normal School in 1911.Graduated from the University of Arizona in 1917 with a BS degree in Animal Husbandry. Commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, he served one year in France, and was promoted to Captain.
After the war, he returned to the University and began a career with the Agricultural Extension Service.
In 1952 he was employed by the British Government as a land consultant in the Kalahari region of South Africa.
