BiographyCame to Tempe c1870.Worked on the Kirkland-McKinney Ditch in 1870. Carried mail on the Tucson-Maricopa route. He was a shareholder in Tempe Irrigating Canal Co. on Feb. 27, 1871 (he was incorrectly identified as Felipe Sotelo). He was killed by Apaches in southern Arizona while carrying mail.
