DescriptionArson investigation at Whiskey River Bar. Caption on back reads: ARSON INVESTIGATION An arson team began investigating the ruins of Whiskey River after a fire destroyed the building Tuesday afternoon. Curator notes: Whiskey River was located at 825 N Scottsdale Road, and was formerly known as JD's Nightclub, Fridays and Saturdays, and Scene West. A fire destroyed the building on March 2, 1982. The story is detailed in the March 3, 1982 issue of Tempe Daily News.
