DescriptionThe Baptismal Certificate for Richard Raymond Sanchez, child of Robert L. Sanchez and Josefina Ortega includes "born Mesa, AZ on Aug. 12, 1953, baptized Sept. 6, 1953 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at Tempe, AZ by Reverend Francis L Bechtel. Sponsors were Charles N. Ortega and Gertrude Ortega. The main part is color print of a Baptismal Scene flanked by two candles. Over it is a dove, and below John the Baptist baptizing Christ. Edges and portions are gilt.Status
