DescriptionThe Escalante Cultural Chamber kicked off its Fiesta Queen competition by introducing initial queen candidates at a benefit "Fathers and Mothers" dance held at the American Legion Hall, Saturday night. Already entered in the competition for queen of the ECC's second annual "Let's Share America Festival" to be held in October at the Escalante Community Center, 2150 East Orange, are (from left) Mary Ann Daniels, Sylvia Valles, Tammy Verdugo, and (not pictured) Natalie Ortega.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-C.
