DescriptionRed Hohokam redware scoop. small. Striations and fire cloud visible on the interior. Polishing visible, most likely from use. "Lip" is visible on the edge of the scoop. One side is very narrow and the opposite edge is very wide. The object is also asymmetrical. According to the NAGPRA report, the scoop's culture is Hohokam, and its cultural affiliation is Pima/Tohono O'Odham. Furthermore, its geographic location is Southern Arizona.Status
