Ted Kraver (right), president of Tempe Parents for Gifted, presents Robert Hall, Tempe Elementary School District coordinator this year of the PACE program for gifted and talented children, with a picture cube as part of a surprise appreciation fete staged by the parents for the PACE staff. Ted was responsible for coordinating PACE and getting the program off and running.
