DescriptionWork on $2.9-million future Sam and Nancy Fees Intermediate School for Tempe Elementary School District has begun on East Watson, adjacent to the 1300 East Watson drive location of Rover Elementary School. TGK Construction CO., Inc., of Phoenix, crews have been "moving ground" for the future school and (background) building up pads for construction lowering other areas for lawns, etc. A mishap at the construction site Tuesday, when a backhoe accidentally cut a power for a couple of hours at nearby Rover school.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-D
