DescriptionWhile city's federally-funded downtown redevelopment project is expected to give Mill avenue a refreshing, new look eventually - when all the snarls are untangled, other businessmen on Mill are "redeveloping" on their own. Property on southeast corner of Seventh and Mill, owned by Mac McCormick, is presently getting a face-lifting and will eventually house Ski Tech LTD., retail stores and offices. Mayor Bill LoPiano's old chiropractic office was at the 701 South Mill location (front of his old office is on left of old building above). Contractor for the remodeling job, which will use as much of the old buildings as possible, is Mirn Construction and Development, Stuart Seifer, AIA, is architect. The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-D.
