Garrett (left), secretary-treasurer of the corporation, were her from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this week to see to the start of the firm's newest facility. Joining in the groundbreaking were (from right) Hugh Spitler, executive vice president and district manager, form Tulsa, Oklahoma; and G. Baillie McIntosh, vice president of National Construction Co.
