Walt and Eileen Scanlon (2nd and 34d from right) can do lots of home painting and decorating with that $500 check being presented them by John Bebbing (at left), owner of Tempe Paint and Decorator Center, as store's design consultant Cindy Woods and Tempe Vice Mayor Harry Mitchell (right) give an assist. Scanlons were winners in a drawing held during the paint store's recent grand opening at its new quarters in new shopping center owned by Bebbing.
