Tempe Vice Mayor Harry Mitchell was provided with scissors big enough to get the job done quickly when he snipped ribbon for opening of Tempe Paint and Decorating Store's new quarters in new shopping center on 6400 block of Rural road. Making opening a "family affair" were (from left) Barbara Bebbling, John Bebbling, owner of the paint store and the new shopping center; Bebbling's sister Joy Ward, his parents Dorothy and John Bebbling. Helping Mitchell (right) with the scissors is John Vonk, of Rite-bilt Construction Company, contractor for the new shopping center.
