Mayor Bill LoPiano smips the ribbon for official "grand opening" of the new Waterworks Equipment Company, division of Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company, both of which are sharing space in new quarters. Joining the ribbon-cutting ceremonies are (left to right) Chamber Maid Diane Coffee, Tempe Chamber of Commerce President Pen Johnson, Pacific States and Waterworks Equipment Company District Manager Dale Stephens, Mayor Bill LoPiano, CofC Manager Tom Lober and Chamber Maid Marge McLoughlin.
