Joining the ribbon-cutting ceremonies are (left to right) Chamber Maid Diane Coffee, Tempe Chamber of Commerce President Pen Johnson, Pacific States and Waterworks Equipment Company District Manager Dale Stephens, Mayor Bill LoPiano, CofC Manager Tom Lober and Chamber Maid Marge McLoughlin.
