DescriptionDamp weather Saturday didn't keep enthusiastic group from turning out for dedication ceremonies for the newly redeveloped Moeur Park, corner of Curry road and Mill Avenue. Taking part in dedication ceremony were (l to r) Dave Gourley, chairman of the city Parks Board; Tempe Vice Mayor Harry Mitchell; Larry West, Tempe Parks and Recreation Department recreation coordinator Howard Blant, director of Tempe Sundown Optimist Club which has contributed to the park's development; and Tempe P&R Director Ron Pies.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-E.
