DescriptionFire at Smitty's grocery store at 5100 South McClintock, which began in the freezer box where this Tempe Fireman is working, did an estimated $10,000 worth of damage -- but little of it was fire damage. Sprinklers activated by the smoldering fire did most of the damage. There were no injuries. TFD said the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
