DescriptionFrom a photograph caption appearing in Tempe Daily News March 21, 1978:DAR - The Seventy Sixth Annual Conference of the Arizona State Society Daughters of the American Revolution held this past March 16, 17 and 18 at the Fiesta Inn was hosted by the Charles Trumbull Hayden Chapter. Among those attending the conference were (seated l to r) Mrs. George Baker, Tucson, State Regent who presided over the meeting; Mrs. Richard Nielsen, Scottsdale, National Vice-chairman Good Citizen's Committee, (standing l to r) Mrs. H.B. Gray, Tempe, Regent from the conference Mrs. Lester Blank of Tempe was elected Treasurer for the Arizona Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
