DescriptionLittle Heidi Shults, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shults and a kindergartner at Rover Elementary School, very nearly needed a real live elephant to help her get home the large stuffed toy elephant she won in a drawing conducted by Tempe's Mt. Bell PhoneCenter. Heidi told PhoneCenter Supervisor Diane Jaster (right) she'll call her elephant "Peanuts." Drawing was part of a promotionfor Mt. Bell's new Touchamatic phone -- the phone with "a memory like an elephant." It "stores" frequently called numbers which may be called merely by pushing a button.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-B.
