DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - May 6, 1978Tempe Vice Mayor and Mayor-Elect Harry Mitchell (left) get a preview try of the heart risk evaluation test Tempe Community Hospital will be offering visitors tomorrow as it stages open house to begin National Hospital Week. Nurse Vi Miller, supervisor of the hospital's evening shift, and TCH administrator Gene Greeley keep a check on the time as Mitchell does the "step up-down" exercise during one of the four one mintute exercise periods the heart risk tests requires. Pulse counts taken before and after the exercising help decide whther you're a heart risk or not. Results for Mitchell? Nurse Miller said he's in good shape to take over the mayor's duties come the first of July.
