DescriptionFrom TDN caption:Those who are involved in Tempe's downtown redevelopment project gathered recently for a major event -- the signing of the largest project yet. Local developer C.W. Jackson and city officials signed this week a contract for a six-acre downtown development. Jackson proposes a territorial styled retail, restaurant and office complex. Present for the contract signing were involved parties, from left; Archie Brown, real estate officer for the city; Scott Jackson, Leonard Monti, nearby restaurant owner; C.W. Jackson; Mayor William LoPiano; John Dewar, president of a construction company; and Don Hull, Tempe Community Development director.
