DescriptionFrom a photo caption in Tempe Daily News June 21, 1978:Personnel Professionals - Members of the East Valley Personnel Management Association honored a pair of students, who will be future personnel professionals, at their monthly dinner meeting at Dobson Ranch restaurant last week. Guest of honor were (standing center) Bob Cole of Mesa, and (seated left) Marcie Franklin, of Tempe, fall and spring winners, respectively, of scholarships presented by the association. Congratulating the pair are (standing l and r) Jean Patten, Tempe, chairman of membership and scholarship committee member for the EVPMA; Diana Regner, Tempe association president; and LeAnn Scott, of Tempe, who was a fall '77 winner of a scholarship from the association.
