Tempe's delegates to this year's 22nd annual Anytown, Arizona Mingus Mountain Camp (above) are back in town after participation in that NCCJ-sponsored program -- "an attempt to build a very unique world for one week -- a place where each member of the community is a human first and an important person in his own right." Teens selected to attend Anytown, say its sponsors, were chosen "because someone has put faith in you as being very special."
