DescriptionFather Philip Poirier, pastor of the Catholic Church of the Resurrection, displays skullcap worn by the late Pope Pius XII, given to him by the late Cardinal Domenico Tardini. The Resurrection pastor used the skullcap as part of the liturgy for a mass at his church when Pope Paul VI died recently. Tomorrow a new Pope, Pope John Paul I, will be installed during a Mass in Vatican City.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-C.
