DescriptionLt. Charlie Kishiyama of Tempe Police Department has climbed into countless police cars in his 151/2 years on the force. But what he climbed into Wednesday night was markedly different. To mark his 51st birthday, Kishiyama's wife, Barbara, hired a limousine service to take them out on the town. Mike Nicosia, driving for a Scottsdale limousine service, holds the door for the Kishiyamas.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-D.
