DescriptionSons of Guns, from Tempe Daily News, May 13, 1985 - Members of the Valley's Sons of Guns group, from right, Sam Ferguson, Linda and Dick Smith, added a little fun to a dry night appearing at Tempe City Council's meeting Thursday to give Mayor Harry Mitchell, left, a summons. While the mayor checked out his date book, the shades-of-the-Old West gunfighting group said conflict or no they'll see to it that Mitchell makes it to his arraignment and serves his term in jail next month. The Cancer Society's fundraising Jail-a-Thon jail, that is.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-E.
