2) Wastewater - Sewer reconstruction and system mapping in southwest Tempe
3) Streets - computerized traffic signals, new maintenance building, and resealing
4) Storm drains - mainly Tempe's share in the Gila Drain and also some southwest Tempe
5) Fire - rebuilding trucks
6) Police - expand main station and serious need in communications
7) Parks - Kiwanis band stand shell, tables, and irrigation
8) Library - more books and new carpet
9) Bike paths - near south Tempe water treatment and more in streets
10) Communications - new radio network and security for the transmitter
