DescriptionFrom the 1996 Tempe History Museum time capsule, a 1996 performance report of how Tempe fared that year and how much the city has grown in the span of 125 years. The book itself is brown in color and has the same 125th year anniversary logo seen on other artifacts in this collection. It is also contained in a brown folder. There are many similar side-by-side photos of aspects of Tempe from previous years, and how they compare to modern Tempe as seen in 1996. The booklet also has small sections that list the city's highlights that year in various focal areas, like education, recreation, sports, neighborhood programs, and economic development in the city.Status
