Description2019 City of Tempe Diversity Award winners Vince Boerbon and Jim Fish are City of Tempe employees who for over five years served as co-chairs of Tempe's Gay/Straight Alliance. In that capacity they worked to carry out the GSA's mission of creating "a more equitable and safe work environment for all employees through increased awareness and education about diversity, sexual orientation and gender identity." Their outstanding leadership and tireless efforts addressed and raised awarness about the issues of equality, diversity and inclusion regarding LGBTQ individuals both within the City of Tempe workforce and externally.Individual Adult Award
