DescriptionThis is a signed proclamation to name December 30, 2014 as Gin Blossoms Day in Tempe, Arizona. The proclamation was provided and enacted by Mayor Mark W. Mitchell, City Council, the City of Tempe, Downtown Tempe Authority, and Tempe Music Revival to honor and commemorate The Gin Blossoms band. This was the second time Tempe declared a day for the band for its upbringing in the city and featuring Tempe people and locations in their songs. The Gin Blossoms also received a plaque on the Tempe Music Walk. Finally, thr proclamation was signed by Mayor Mitchell, and on the interior of the folder containing the proclamation, all the Gin Blossoms members authentically signed the folder to officially commemorate the moment and document.
