BiographyTeacher, c1935-1972.Came to Tempe c1929.
Graduated from Arizona State Teachers College in 1935.
Studied to be an apprentice carpenter. As a student, he worked as a janitor at Matthews Library, and was a doorman at Harkins' Tempe Beach Theatre.
He taught at Jordan School (Dobson and Baseline), c1935-1942, and at Tempe High School, 1942-46.
Received a Master's degree from ASU in 1951.
