BiographyTempe Marshal, Apr 1898 - May 1899.On 24 Jun 1896, he was appointed Deputy Marshal. On 7 Jun 1898, he was elected Town Marshal and Supervisor of Streets. In 1899, he resigned at the request of the Town Council. He served as constable, and worked at the Pacific Creamery.
