BiographyTown Marshal, business owner.Came to Tempe c1880.
He was Tempe Constable in 1889. He was appointed Tempe Town Marshal on 14 Jan 1895. His duties included Supervisor of Streets, Collector of Taxes and Licenses, and Water Master. He served as Tempe Marshal, Jan. 1895 - Nov. 1895, April 1896 - April 1898, and May 1899 - May 1903. Along with M. E. Curry and Dr. B. B. Moeur, they formed the Tempe Hardware Company, which occupied the ground floor of the Odd Fellows Building (520 S. Mill Avenue). He was Vice-president of the company in 1906.
Was a director of the Quijotoa, Tempe and Phoenix Wagon and Railroad Co. in 1884.
Lived on Mill Avenue in 1910.
