BiographyAbout 1896, he and his brother, Andreas, arrived in New York City. Took a train to Tempe, arriving 10 Apr 1898. Worked at farms in the Tempe area. After working in the sawmill at Flagstaff, he and his brother, Andreas, bought a goat ranch at Gisela, Arizona. There was a "war" going on between cattle and goat growers, and they decided they didn't want to get involved, so they sold out.BIO-Anderson
