DescriptionTempe Art League members inspect woodcut. Caption on back reads: Members of the Tempe Art League inspect a complicated woodcut by local artist James Eder. These modern woodcuts actually have very little wood. Eder uses a combination of modern materials including formica and linoleum to carve a 'negative' image that is printed onto a sheet of paper for the final product.
