DescriptionThis long rectangular metal box with plastic "lid" in front on hinges was predecessor of modern fax machine, transmitting one page for every 4-5 minutes. Control knobs on left panel for contrast, sending and receiving. A business card is under back plastic lid. There is a fuse knob next to serial plate. Attached by a cord is a rectangular black device you put a phone reciever down on to transmit. There is also a plug and cord for an lectrical outlet. Maker: QWIP Systems.Status
