DescriptionThe cotton short sleeve dress is a low waist, loose fitting shift. The collar and cuffs are thin white cotton trimmed with red piping and ruffles and a zigzag edging. It has a self fabric belt sash. The skirt has a piping like outline of a wide sombrero. The neck has a tie with red on one side. The fabric is a printed red floral design with greenish leaves mostly in dots with black dots between. It has no hem (just stitched) in front and a three inch hem in the back.Status
