DescriptionFrom an article published Mar 18, 1977 in the Tempe Daily News:Elks Honor Youth - Tempe Elks Lodge Youth Activities Chairman Doug Parenteau presents Elks' awards to a trio of the city's outstanding young people during the lodge's recent annual youth awards banquet. From right are Vick Winkler named Teenager of the Year and with Jeffrey French, recipients of annual Elks' scholarship awards for an outstanding boy and girl; and Joanne Randleman, winner in an annual Hoop Shoot event sponsored by Elks.
