Ceremonial dress and uniforms will add to the color when Tempe's Camp Fire members gather at The Lakes, Thursday evening, for an annual Council Fire complete with a bonfire. Traditional ceremonies mark "graduations" of CF members from one level of Camp Fire to another. Getting ready to participate here are (front l to r) Carolyn Jeseritz, of Nevitt school's Thunderbirds Blue Birds; Faan Ch'i Liu, of Rural School Deka Camp Fire group; Stacy Higbe, of Hudson school Beautiful Bluebirds; (back l to r) Jackie Hanna, member of Horizon group from Marcos de Niza High School, Tessie Espindola, of Connolly School "Dara Minihawhaw" CF group; and Jill Robertson of De Niza Horizons. They'll be among approximately 300 participating in the ceremonies.
