DescriptionWally Filger (2nd from left) has been Tempe Fire Department for five years, but when you've put in 34 years on a job, it's hard to forget! Wally has been spending part of his retirement hours hooking that rug he's showing off above, with help of Firefighter Paul Sharpiro, as a "leader of love". Admiring it are (left Fire Capt.
