DescriptionTempean Peter Hegarty points out features of Arizona State University's Hayden Library to a trio of Canadian young people who are among 15 Newfoundland and Quebec teens in the Valley for a visit as part of the Lions International Youth Exchange Program. Several Tempe families, including the Hegartys, are among Valley hosts to the visitors. Enjoying the ASU campus tour above are (from left) Gerri Power of Labrador City, Newfoundland; Charlie Dufresne, also of Labrador City; Hegarty, who is District 21-A Lions youth exchange chairman; and Kim Sams of Schefferville, Quebec. The 15 Canadian visitors will leave their host families briefly for a group trip to Disneyland tomorrow and will also be treated to a Grand Canyon trek on July 28.
