Day Camp Doings -

Michelle and Kenneth Patterson, Mitchell school fifth and first graders-to-be, admire handiwork of their mother Mrs. Captain Morgan Patterson of Tempe's Salvation Army Center. The craft items were made by the Salvation Army officer as "models" for crafts activities youngsters will be participating in this week as part of the fare for the Tempe SA Center's first-ever day camp for six through 12-year-olds. Sessions are being held from 9 a.m. to noon today through Friday at the center, 40 East University. All youngsters are welcome.
