DescriptionAnd that's what Tempe's Salvation Army Corps members and volunteers helpers were doing this week at the Tempe SA center, 41 East University - letting the fun begin for the very first session of its first-ever summer day camp for six through 12-year-old boys and girls. Creating their own "pet rocks" in arts and crafts sessions, youngsters above are getting help from Pam Belvior (kneeling at back left), a senior at South Mountain High School, Phoenix; and (at right back) Dave Majors of Montgomery, Alabama, a sophomore at Asbury College in Kentucky.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-C.
