Happy as larks as they waited to board bus for trek to Camp Civitan in the Williams area, Sunday morning, were 40 handicapped young adults and the 20 Tempe Center for the Handicapped-provided staffers who accompanied them for a week-long camping session in the mountains and pines. Tempe Civitan Club members were waiting at the camp to greet the arrivals - and serve them their first camp meal.
