DescriptionFirst paragraph from the article reads: Donald G. Hall, 18-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hall, 1346 West Laird, has become the first Eagle Scout in Tempe's Fifth Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Hall is a member of the Ward's Boy Scout Troop 276 and has been in scouting for seven years. As his Eagle service project, he prepared his church's flower and shrubbery beds, removing old plants, adding soil conditioners, working the soil, etc.
