Herbert Bay, executive director of physical facilities at Arizona State University, Mrs. Barbara Ellingson and Julius Rolls, physical plant administrative assistant (seated l and at right) urge her husband John R. Ellingson to "hurry up and open that package" during farewell reception on campus for Ellingson, leaving ASU after serving nearly 20 years as its physical plant director. Anxious to see what's in the package too: (standing l to r) Bill Phelps, ASU assistant vice president; John Duffy, retired ASU chief of security; George Zelenski, who served as Ellingson's assistant until he retired recently; Robert Butler, associate director of physical plant; and Richard Garrett, superintendent of carpenter and paint shops in Physical Plant department.
